Board of Adjustment
The responsibility of the Board of Adjustment is to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision, or determination made by a Village official based on or made in the enforcement of any zoning regulation or any regulation relating to the location or soundness of structures.

Board of Health
The responsibility of the Board of Health is to enact rules and regulations to safeguard the health of the residents of the city. It may regulate, suppress, and prevent the occurrence of nuisances and shall actively enforce all laws of the State of Nebraska and ordinances of the city relating to matters of sanitation which affect the health and safety of the people.

Cemetery Board
The Cemetery Board has the general care, management and supervision of the Village owned cemetery. The Board establishes appropriate rules and regulations for the management, use and operation of the municipal cemetery.

Community Development Agency
The Community Development Agency can levy taxes and issue bonds to aid in community development.

Library Board
The Library Board is responsible for the operation and management of the Village Library, and to establish rules and regulation for the operation and use. The Board is responsible for appointing the Library Director.

Planning & Zoning Commission
The Planning & Zoning Commission is a recommending body to the Village Board of Trustees on a wide range of matters pertaining to the development and growth of the Village and within the one-mile zoning jurisdiction of the Village.

Potter Community Improvement Group
The Potter Community Improvement Group works towards improving and keeping the Village of Potter growing.

Prairie Pines Golf Course Board
The Prairie Pines Golf Course Board to has general charge of the Prairie Pines Golf Course.

Tree Board
The main purpose of the Tree Board is to study, investigate, counsel and develop and/or update annually and administer a written plan for the care, preservation, pruning, planting, replanting, removal or disposition of trees and shrubs in parks, along streets and in other public areas.
