Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is composed of five members elected at large to four year terms. One council member is elected by a vote of the council with a second member elected as Vice Chairman of the Board. The Board meets the second Monday of each month at the Village Office and otherwise as necessary.

Village Clerk/Treasurer
The Village Clerk/Treasurer is a very important administrative position in municipal government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Village.

Public Works
The Maintenance Supervisor/Street Superintendent is responsible for a wide range of duties and all of the Village’s infrastructure. They are responsible for the streets, parks, water department, garbage department, sanitary sewer department, Village vehicles and equipment and animal control.

Building Official
The Village of Potter has a Building Official who is responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and any other activities relating to Village planning.
